Re: Pet owners rule OK!!

Look forward to welcoming you to Mirefoot if you decide to come our way. We also have a cat and two ponies, so we don't get too much time to travel either!

Re: Pet owners rule OK!!

I'm sure Purdey would be delighted to meet Jasper! She's the first of the family, usually, to greet our guests. She has an uncanny sense of when a new playmate has turned up for the week. With 3 acres of garden to entertain in most of her new friends think its heaven. Although she does have a habit of stealing everyones chew sticks!

She's trained, sort off, to the gun and we make her take them back and return them. But when our backs are turned, she dons her mask and gloves and has the chew stick before you can blink. Theft and grand larceny all in one.

Well, I passed your details on, and Jasper can't wait, especially if he gets a break from the toddler who keeps pinching his toys

Talking Re: Pet owners rule OK!!

Hi.

I am new here and was just reading through the posts.
It is wonderful to have somewhere you can take your dogs on holiday, even though I don't own one. I just wanted to let you know that you made me laugh about how many dogs you will allow in your holiday village.
I can actually picture you and 20 dogs and you hoovering after them. Made me smile.

Re: Pet owners rule OK!!

I think the ability to make someone laugh is one of the wonderful attribute of pets and dogs in particular.

We have recently updated our pet count at our Lake District Holiday Cottages.

We have a different pony, either they are shrinking or my daughter is growing!

We also now have a working cocker spaniel called 'Smudge' who is even more of a flirt with our holiday cottage visitors, if that was possible.

Mind you, at only 1 year old, she is a complete nutter!
