I don't think there is one that will tell you that. It's something you learn with experience. By keeping records of weather conditions, the amount of flying, the amount of food and type of food fed and then analysing all that information untill it makes sense.
Have you read my thread on my new falcon I picked up this year. That gives a rough idea of training from day one as it happened with the bad bits as well as the good bits
