Hello everyone from sunny Cambs

Hi just joined to have a look around..... currently on the look out for a Mini Schnauzer pup for around end of Nov begin December time so logged wanted ad on sister site and waiting for loads of replies lol.
Will warn you now I might have a long list of q's once found someone....already obtained a long lists of q's I need to ask potential breeders but if you have any advice this would be appreciated....
I know I need get eye screen cert. vet check....see mum and if poss dad....try and keep away from potential pup farms so Mum is not over bred etc.....anything else I'm missing?
One thing I see there are plenty of pups for £350 to £500 mark (lots actually) but some ask £900...why the big gap...I know some people will say you pay for what you get but some of the lower end priced ones are X Generation KC reg'd and vet checked eye tested....so why would you buy one for £900? if they can give all of these for less money? silly question but if you can shed light on it. (is it greed?) I know the point paying for what you get but I have friends who paid a few K for their dog from top breeder and this seemingly did not guarantee them a trouble free healthy dog....a gorgeous dog yes definately! but he does have problems...so this possibly proves its not all about the ££££ so long as good breeder in good enviornment vet checked etc?
anyway now I have asked a question and had a try at answering it I will welcome your comments.
Thanks in advance
