Katheriine is on a distinguished road
Hello all!

Hi, I have just joined here because I have 2 new cats Esme and Suzie from rescue. Esme is Suzie's kitten so we took them together, but Suzie has FeLV so I am trying to learn as much as possible about the illness and how best to manage it.

I have a great vet and Esme is fully vaccinated and we've agreed to have her booster shot done every 6 months instead of every year, so we are not endangering her. I will basically be on here with questions about that and requests for help if Suzie moves into the final stage and it becomes terminal. (she is being retested in the new year *cross fingers*)

I also have an older cat Sweep who now lives with my parents (or has always lived there, just I don't anymore) he is my darling but I didn't take him with me when I moved because he is very set in his ways and I have no garden and he loves the outdoors. I also have 4 rats as well, so I may occasionally post about them and Sweep too. Looking forward to learning lots of useful stuff and meeting people
