Hello. Just thought that as I was new here I would drop in and introduce myself

My real name is Angela. My user name? - I am from Birmingham (UK) which locals call Brum, (short for Brummagem which is the ancient name of Birmingham) and I am living in Holland

I have 2 dogs (both are rescues), Duchess who is a now blind, 11 yr old, English staffordshire bull terrier crossed with an English Bulldog, and Prince who is a 4 year old pure bred Malinois. I also have tropical fish and love birds.

I look forward to having a read through all the posts and maybe learning something along the way

hiya hun whats weather like over there

At the moment - Gorgeous. Like a summers day - I got up at 6am this morning (5am uk time) for work - I walked the dogs and there was a surprisingly warm breeze for the time of the morning - I have been shut in the office all day but can see the sun shining and people arriving for late shifts are commenting how warm the day is. What yours like?

British weather Horrible, one of the things I don't miss! Mind you we either get your weather the day before or the day after you. We had a bit of rain yesterday so with any luck you get sunshine tomorrow
