Yep! I think that was maybe the one! but the name is not familair!
I can remember he lived in a bungalow in wha tlook like a nice area. The police mored several dead and tortured cats from his premisies!

One thing that sticks in my mind is that he superglued their feet!

Was all on here when it happened! maybe a year ago!

im sure this is the same one! my dad worked for the police in that area & knew quite a lot about it at the time! its sick!
