Hi All,

I joined this forum as I live for my animals (3 cats, a dog, a guinea pig and four horses!), and on Monday my latest addition to my family, my kitten minky, was rushed to the vet after being bitten by my dog and has been there ever since. I am now faced with the prospect of rehoming my dog with my ex-partner and caring for my cat when he returns (partially paralysed). I have spent the last week crying my eyes out and just felt I needed to talk about it.
I have two kids and can honestly say that my animals are just as important to me as them! Some people think i am bonkers, but I guess there's lots of us out there!

Hi Minx,
Don't be too upset, try to look at the positives of the situation. Your cat is coming home and there is no one who could look after Minky as much as you!
I'm sure she'll get on in leaps and bounds once she's home!

My partner is not a cat person but our kitten, Monkey, has softened him up! He's already sleeping in the bed and has the whole family wrapped around his finger!
