Hello Everyone,
I am new to this site but not new to cats.
My name is Jen, I am 30, married to a farmer, have a 2yr old going on 12yrs! and a baby on the way. I was a veterinary nurse for 4 years before moving onto office jobs whilst waiting to get my teaching qualification. I have been teaching lifeskills in care homes and a large FE college for just over 4 years now.
We are slaves to 4 Bengal queens, 2 Bengal studs and a Grand Master House Hold Pet named Meggie. Meg is 11yrs old and a rescue cat from the RSPCA.
All of our cats are registered with TICA and we produce 3 litters a year on average (one per cat - until we decide to get more girls) but they will never have more than 1 litter a year.
I don't pretend to know everything but I know bits from experience and research. I never tell people to do things, I always suggest - if people want to try it, then great, if not, that's ok too. I am heavily into genetics and find pschology facinating, so facinating that most of my techniques involve 'thinking cat' to try to solve behaviour issues.
So that is me and my family.... will be great to 'meet' you all
