Do they make a lot of nise then?
I have asked my hubby if we could get one, but he jkust says that it will keep the whole house up all night.

I dont always here him, but if my daughter wakes then i hear him when i'm not in a deep sleep. also this house does'nt have wallpaper to absorb some of the sounds, and i couldn't wind the bongs up on my old clock!
but back to freddy, he is not too noisy, but i'm sure he would wake the dead if he was kept in a bedroom lol
