Re: woooo :D

Hi there

Could you please explain to me what it is about snails that you love please. I personally cannot cope with the idea of one trogging over my skin. I am curious, because obviously everybody has likes and dislikes, mine just happens to be slimy ones.

I will say that your snail looks in fantastic condition, but I don't really know.

Re: woooo :D

I don't know how I can cope with the feel of them lol.
I have loved snails since I was a little kid.. and I guess that I never minded their slime. It feels weird, but before holding them you should wet your skin soo they can move easier.. and you can't feel the slime that way.. it just feels like water.
I think they look cool, soo when I was offered one for free, I thought well it's an unusual, interesting pet.. I'll get one you don't have to handle them if have one, they are quite happy just being in their containers/tanks. I just wanted to take some photos

Re: woooo :D

maybe the next time I see one I will ask to *hold* it. If I can be brave enough to hold a snake, I should be able to do a snail

Re: woooo :D

yes, you should. I'm scared of parrots.. because I got bitten off a cockatoo.. and it was nasty. I had a hole on that skin in between your thumb and finger. :O but I have little lessons at college where they make me hold them to get used to them again
