Leg aids during rising trot!
When should i use leg aids during rising trot, on the rise or when going down on the saddle? I saw one video giving leg aids on the way up, other one is giving leg aids on the way down!

Well personally i have always been told to used aids on the 'way' down as it is easier and looks neater at shows
