Why are you in pain? A bit of aching from unaccustomed exercise is okay, but I wouldn't expect to be in pain after riding.

more like the ache of riding, like in my legs and bum. muscles im using that ive never used before haha

One of those might help that too.

Plus a cheap way of helping you out would be to wear tights. Yep, ladies' tights.

A combination of the Seat Bone Saver, which doesn't just make your seat-bones more comfortable, a pair of tights and careful dressing may help to you make you far more comfortable and able to ride and work on your position without having to worry. For the guys I teach, it's a very serious subject.

haha when i get my standing trot to the right timing its fine, but when i dont it really hurts! ha

Glad you enjoyed your second lesson! When I taught my ex to ride he quickly found out that 'supportive' underwear was a must! baggy old boxers are not your friend in the saddle
