Yes they are Gypsy Vanners (or "DRUMMER" horse).It is a breed of horse with Tobiano coloring 'n' some draft horse characteristics;i.e:Shires,Clydesdale,Friesians 'n' Dales Ponies.They average about 15hh,but can pull a large caravan with no problems.
There is no exact known history of the Gypsy Vanners. Hope that helps you.
