please help

hi all i have a 8 month old gypsy cob and the last 3 days he has had trouble with his off side leg ,when its streched back he then has trouble bringing it back under him again but this only happens when he has been standing a while it looks like it could be his hock but once he is moving he walks trots canters bucks and plays very well with no problems at all, he is sound with no swelling or heat anywhere in the leg but he always lays on that leg i dont know what to do with him at the moment so any help or ideas would help x thanx all
