Raw patch on bum
My horse has a hairless patch near the bum and some of it has the skin off. I have wash it and put cream on. I think it's from him either rubbing his bum on the fence or the really hot wather where his tail is always swishing?

If there is skin loss and area is raw, it is open to infection, call your vet surgery for initial advice. Hope they he is okay
