Re: Help pony to loan or buy Disabled girl

Hi there i am a volunteer at a charity called Ponies for the disabled (we are just building our website which is in the process of going live with Google!) We have highland ponies that are bred with the idea that they are suitable for disabled children or adults to own. We are based in Woking, Surrey and I apppreciate that this may be too far for you. We have about 35 ponies at the moment, and some cracking youngsters with lovely temperaments that you could really bring on. We also offer "cuddling" ponies for free but again, I appreciate that this may be too far away for you!

As an alternative, we are just about to lauch "adopting" a pony where your daughter would get a certificate etc as to the pony. I appreciate that this really isn't the same as having one to ride but until you find what you are looking for it may be something to think about.

Let me know if you would like more details on anything.

Good luck, Debs
