hi, i'm selling my mare as she is a bit too much for us. i need a happy hacker

14hh, 11 yr old chestnut unregistered mare.
good points - kind and gentle. gorgeous looking.
goes barefoot, has very good feet. has been shod in past, excellent with farrier.
lives out 24/7, has lived in.
lives off fresh air, very cheap to keep.
fantastic with other horses, lives with 5 mares, a donkey and a gelding tb and she loves them all!
great with dogs running about, mine waits for her to drop bits of food and is always running underneath her!
hacks out in company, enjoys a good blast, and always stops.
loves to jump. i'm not a jumper, but have popped her over little ones. i've lunged her over higher and she has a very bold jump on her.
snaffle mouth, never strong. will walk on canter tracks, will wait patiently at start if walkers are in the way!
my 2 novice kids have learnt to ride on her. if not a windy day, she's excellent in the paddock with little jockeys. She really knows to look after them.
she lunges really well, my eldest son is just learning to canter.
catches 98% of the time, if she doesnt, then a bucket will soon have her come running!
vaccs and teeth were done in march, microchipped and wormed up to date.

bad points - can be spooky, particularly on windy days!
can be sharp when in season.
difficult to hack alone as she lacks confidence. i have managed, but if she is spooked, she will half rear and is difficult to get moving. may be just down to my lack of confidence and she's sussed that out!

she needs to go somewhere, where either she will not be required to hack alone, or where someone has the experience to build her confidence.
she had been in a riding school so its down to her not going out alone enough.

i'm asking £1400 but would drop the price to the right home. this would include her pink lightweight turn out rug which is only 6 months old.
