How much

Good evening everyone. I am new so hello to you all.
I am after some advice. I have the opportunity to erect 6 stables on a concrete pad. The stables will have been bought and paid for by me. I will be paying rent for the use of the concrete pad( on which my stables stand ) use of a manage and two 3 acre paddocks. I will also be paying separately for water and electricity so that does not figure in rent. What would you all consider a fair rent to be? Bear in mind, the stables are mine. Many thanks everyone. Will be interested to get a reply or two

Re: How much

This is quite difficult to put a price tag on as you own the stables so essentially you are renting a paddock and manage. Has the concrete flooring been put down especially for your use of was it there before? How many horses will be grazing (I know you say 6 stables but you might want one or too for feed and tack). Without knowing all the details I would hazzard a guess at around £200 a month. How much have you agreed with the landowner?
