Spent the day at the sales on Thursday, just for something to do (& so I could spend £s on the stalls lol) & can't believe the poor prices ponies were fetching , if they sold at all. Most of the foals were struggling to make 5-8 guineas, even some very nice looking NF/TB crosses were struggling to sell. I wish I could have brought them all home On the plus side I did manage to get a brand new heavyweight full neck turnout for my boy for £40 I usually have to buy a new one each winter as he is such a rug-trasher!
