More than a little proud...

My partner is a personal trainer mainly for sports competitors and presented me with an early Christmas present

I'm so proud, he's written a book on rider fitness with the dedication to our lovely daughter and me!!

Its not due for publication until January and he was going to wait until Christmas day but was too excited about it coming out so I got it with my cup of tea this morning

This is it if anyone fancies a peek... not so sure I want my hubbies bod available for all to see but hey ho

Sam Pont's Riding Fitness: Amazon.co.uk: Sam Pont, Linda Warburton, Jason Baney: Books

There isn't a write up on Amazon yet but basically its for all levels from beginner to advanced competition horse riders who want to improve their own fitness and core body strength with some weight loss as well. So many people train their horses and forget to train themselves to make sure that they get the best out of their rides.

He wrote some of the exercises originally for me after I had my baby and my body went to pot so its a good gentle work out that you can do yourself without having to go to the gym which to be honest I won't do as its not my thing.
