It is easy, but you need to be able to train the horse to the bridle. Many can think it's just a headcollar and can pull through it, so you need atleast good experience in retraining a horse to accept a different bridle.
Have known a few people to just keep pulling and riving to teach them what to do, which in that case they can be as dangerous as hackamores!
