Smile 8 month colt!!!!!!!!

hi everyone.im new here to the forum and have been reading everyones posts and the questions and answers have been so helpfull.
i have a few myself.
i have an 8 month colt and was wondering does anyine else have youngstock and do they supplement their food as i was thinking of purchasing NAF youngstock for my boy.
also has anyone encountered stifle trouble in such a young aged horse.

My foal is 12 months on Saturday. I feed him hay, high fibre haylage and Spillers Grow 'n' Win. He is doing really well on it.
