I'm a mystery to my GP

I've been poorly for a week now, kidney pain, lower back pain, lower abdominal pain, constant nausea, severe dizzyness, unable to eat and tingely/sensitive skin
So far tests have shown that my kidneys are fine, I haven't got a urinary tract infection, I haven't got a bug and I'm not pregnant.
My Gp said he doesn't have a clue what's wrong with me. He personally did my blood tests yesterday and I should hopefully get the results this afternoon but if they come back clear than I have to go to hospital for scans,etc..
I'm just so fed up now with feeling like this, I can't go to work and all i can do is sit still at home.
Sorry about this rant but it's getting me down now
