Today is the start of the IGL retriever championships, down in Leicester, to be held over three days with 44 dogs in the running, which is quite a low number in comparison to previous years. And this is before newer, tighter regulations are brought in for qualification.

This is the competition where top FTCH compete against each other, it needs a lot of skill, a lot of ability, and a good pinch of luck!

I'll be getting regular updates as the OH has gone down to watch it this year, he's got a slight bias towards one dog, and that means I get his to look after, so I may be some time running around after cockery types.
