Reading this thread with great interest and a little too....

No mention of the English Pointer on anyones list..... There are two needing homes at Pointer Rescue Service at the moment, one is also a Potential for a working home, please see my thread in the rescue section for more info.

Cocker spaniels and Springer spaniels are my favorites. They are very friendly and very affectionate.

On my local shoot we have a Border Terrier in the beating line. And a very fine job he does too. But of course my favourite gundog breed is the Springy Spangle.
I would quite like to have a Working Cocker too. And a Toller. And a GSP. And a Setter. And if I'm having all those, I may as well have a Lab too.

1 GSP (mine is not whingey)

2 Springer ( has to be working, not show)

3 Vizla/Flat Coat Retreiver/Englsih Pointer/English - Irish Setter..... (is that one choice???)
