The website friends reunited is now free so you can send messages to each other, guess they had to do that with so many other Brilliant (pet) forums and myspace bebo facebook etc that are all free to use.

Anyway my point is since its become free I've had quite a few messages from people I went to school with. I got one yesterday from a girl I used to be friends with and fell out with over some books I lent her she never gave me back. I was an avid reader of Enid Blyton books and used to spend loads of my pocket money in a little 2nd hand book shop round the corner from where I lived and the owner would always keep any for me to check if I had it or not. I had a huge collection and stupidly (I was only about 12 and didnt know better) I lent them all to this girl and she never gave em back.

I still think about it sometimes now, I know they are only books but it was such a huge part of my childhood and would love to have still had them. So she sends this lovely friendly 'I remember u' email and all I can think is u were the bitch who stole my books ha ha. I replied with a suitable friendly email, but my point is u havent kept in touch for over 20 years for a reason can u ever go back????

I have got in touch with someone I used to work with a few years ago so its not all bad as I was really glad to hear from her.....just wondered if anyone else had any stories good or bad????

haha yep...i was so skinny and had buck teeth to and wat they call "dog teeth" at the sides growing down my hair was frizzy as fook and i looked rite dashing in me groovey uniform
