Pet License

Just found this petition and I'm shocked at how few signatures it has, it basically to introduce a 'pet license' meaning people who own, or want to own animals must have a license.

This would reduce or stamp out animal cruelty and stop animals getting into the hands of people incapable of keeping them, and people who have been previously found not responsible of owning a pet, would no longer be able to get them.

They actually do this in many countries and it has proven a success, why the hell aren't we doing it already?

Get signing, and tell everyone you know to get on it too.

PETITION IS HERE

Re: Pet License

Oh, well that pissed on my fire didn't it! I still think it's a good idea.

If people are vetted before they are allowed a license surely it can't be a bad thing?
