Dave I am finding you quite offensive. I think you need to read a book on diversity - its about an all inclusive environment. And whilst we all have views, we need to write and quote objectively and factually. AND if we don't know the facts then we should keep them to ourselves.

I dont think pet licensing will make an iota of difference when they were round back in the 80's I had one for my little dog who I used to take everywhere with me but we had another 4 like it back home - they wouldnt know if they were the same breed whether the license was for that one or one of the others back in the kennels, and the people who would get them would be the responsible animal owners anyway!!

As for vetting people first it would be a full time job for any number of people more money being paid out in an ever increasing debt ridden society!!

I dont wish to take this to pm - what I have to say I will say here - its a pet forum not a forum to discuss politics - I dont want the topic to be closed nor will report anyone so hopefully we can all have a discussion without the need for it to be took further.
This is an emotive topic and people will say how they feel - you asked for a view - you got one - we dont all agree but we dont tell each other what to do!
