morning ladies and gentlemen,( and of course magik,!!!!!) what are we all up to today, i have nothing planned, so wil be popping onto the forum all day to see what your all up to,399 members, you cant al still be in bed, ????????

morning all ive just got out the shower, (sorry not a vision you really want so early in the morning).
Im off to the gym this morning then possibly 10 mins on the sun bed just to pink me up a bit for holiday

morning, i just got out the shower to, having another cuppa at the moment, dont work up to much of a sweat at the gym,

i do work up a sweat but thats just watching the men in the weights room

corrrrrr, are there any dishy men there,

depends what time you go, usually in the morning its all the bored housewives but after tea the hunks start to arrive

corrrr, i need to join a gym,

LOL maybe you should come visit me and i will show you around ours

now thats agood idea, ( depending on how far away you live ,)hee hee hee HELLO ????? WERE IS EVERYONE ?????????????
