I wish my mum was still alive! She was a great mum!

my mam can be very annoying at times aswell,,,but i dont live with her so we get on better now as i dont see her as much,,,she has just had a operation and got a metal knee put in and has to use crutches to help her walk,,,so what does she do,,,she goes in my garden to see smudge knowing that he jumps up to greet people,,,bless him he got told off for greeting her but only because i panicked about my mams knee,,,shes so sillyp

i think we al take for granted something or someone we have until they are no longer with us.parents don't get it right all the time, but most have our best interests at heart.and lets face it we don't get a mannuel when we have kids.

I wish she was still here 2 always knew how to put most things right or would just listen. Used to spend hours on phone with her. Spoke to her more than my mum, always used to be grandma can you just .She is still watching us all though.x

Feeling much calmer now, the wireless was being so slow as well after I wrote the 1st post I was tempted to take a hammer to the laptop!!!!

Awwwww im glad you posted this because i thought i was mean for sometimes wishing my mum would bog off lol.
I think they 'think' theyre doing right, and in a way they are 'hoping' they are doing the right thing and as a mother of a little girl i realise why my mum used to do/say the things she did, Im dreading leah getting older as i can already see the pattern arising of following in my mums footsteps but at the same time, with my mum doing certain things etc its guided me into what is right and wrong in my parenting skills. Im glad my mum pushed me when i was younger to do better, because im a bigger and better person for it. And im also thankful for everything she has done for me since becoming a single parent, my mum is irreplaceable and very appreciated, and on a last note.........
