On the top line of your browser there should be a tools button, hit tools then look for internet options & then you should get a pop up with the delete cookies button on, if so hit the button...

Not necessarily, it's not there on safari

Anyway, back to the OP... Tools -> Internet Options. Then click Delete Cookies
