This woman has told me to ring again or speak to manager of store if i have any more concerns regarding care of animals in store again. So looks like it will just be brushed under carpet and forgot about. Will be finding an alternative place to shop in future have a couple of garden centres locally that sell the food for my cats as they can only have hills science plan and we also have a large jollyes pet store near by as well.

That sounds about right - a fob off! and to insult you by telling you to go direct to the store manager is a p*** take if you ask me!
Ive never heard such a load of b****cks for an excuse as that. Like you said, what difference does it make!
Hope you take it further and hope your feeling better soon.
