Where do you mean? There's a garden centre that sells small animals and reptiles in Woodhouse but I've never been there!

White Post is good, didn't realise they sold pets though?

There's a couple in town that sell small animals and birds and we have reported them both to the RSPCA in the past. Wouldn't go near either of them anymore!

Yeah you're right! I don't think I would buy any pet from a shop anymore. Will have to go to White Post and have a look next time we are recruiting for new family members then!

Re: Pets at home

hi all

my pets at home is pretty rubbish - they had 2 rabbit in one of their glass tanks the other day apparently they were 8 weeks - if they were 8 weeks then i had midgets when i used to keep rabbits!!! they must have been 6 months at least. then i went in a couple of weeks later and they had another rabbit nest building again in a glass tank on the shop floor - privacy??? poor rabbit had none. Id never buy an animal from pets at home - our currently have no animals - suddenly been emptied out over night - apperently for a 'refit' we'll see - im going to keep an eye on it - just a bit suprised at how quickly all the animals have been moved - iu almost hope they have lost their licence - as i feel sorry for any animal that ends up in there.

susie and the gang

Re: Pets at home

My local Pets At Home are very good. However, I work in Liverpool and have heard from friends that theirs is really bad, so I think it definitely does depends on the area.

Re: Pets at home

I think it depends on the knowledge (or lack of) of the morons that work there.
