oooh i got millions they're all vegan mind but could be made yummier with some veggie cheese... like i often do

Echiladas are my fav at the moment, using one of the pack you get but with vegan chicken style peices from holland and barrat and cheeese mmmmmm beef fijitas as well mmmmmmmmmm

tonight we're having natcho burgers and natcho....

can you tell I like mexican lol

Congratulations on becoming a veggie, I've been one for about 10 years now after watching a programme on Kentucky fried chicken, I'm also another one that boycotts all P&G products.
I love tesco's mushroom and gruyere ( sp) cheese in filo pastry.

Well done!!

Ive never really liked meat but all my childhood felt as if I didnt have the choice (kind of true..and still today in France vegetarian is considered like some weird disease)..then I happened to be the luckiest woman on earth as I met my OH since not only is he vegetarian (always been - religious based) and if also cooks like a chef (no, better!)!!
I can imagine it cant be easy to make the transition as personally I would have been at loss as to what to eat despite my general lack of attraction to meat...

Id suggest all those lovely lentils and beans (so many types!!! you will find in most indian/pakistani shops!!
I love vegetarian lasagne!
Fajitas can be great too!

i make a nice roasted tofu stir fry, even my kids eat it & they usually hate tofu
