I've been a veggie for over 3 years. Then I became a fishtarian (vegies, no meat, only fish). I noticed that while I was healthy, fit and thin, I was also not as strong and could not perform heavy exercises. Still fine do ride on my LandRollers with my dog, but not enough strength to enjoy a good workout.
Now with fish (and lots of nuts) I am back to shape at all levels. It has now been 4 years! |
