Hi Nick - I hope you wont take this the wrong way - cos i do sometimes have foot in mouth disease!!! - but I personally wouldnt be taking advice on dog behaviour issues from someone without formal qualifications. I know that experience counts for loads more than bits of paper - I've had dogs myself for 25 years and always had dogs in the family home when I lived with my parents - BUT and its a big BUT - if I was having problems, to the point where I was going to be paying for advice, I wouldnt be paying a non qualified person. Can you not go to college (evenings obviously) to do your exams and then you have some proof behind your claims

i dont think ya need to be qualified in a subject to research and put ya evidence together in a FREE online book

Hi Nick,
Just wondering what you plan to do with these guides when finished. By saying that you will give them out for free to people who contriubute, implies that you plan to charge people for them when finished. There are thousands of free information guides all over the internet relating to pets which are very high quality written by experts in pet health. If you would like to help the petforums and its visitors, you could visit our user contributed 'Pet Encyclopedia' where we have sections for dog articles, cat articles and all other pets and you could contribute by adding your articles there so that they would be useful to our visitors. As he said in his post he uses his dog activities as extra income therefore he is charging for his advice - and also the free guide is only for the first 50 people when he will be then closing down the survey and the offer.

Our Pet Forums website is all about helping and giving advice to people about pet issues for free. I dont think people would be very willing to give you information for free from which you just tend to try and sell back to other people.
