FAO Daz the ex chef! Cooking Advice required.

Hi Daz,

On my way to work I picked up a curry from the deli counter at Tesco. It say it has to be heated in the Oven and is not to be microwaved. I'm in the office at the moment but dont have a cooker here.... just a Microwave. Now although it says do not Microwave would I be able to anyway? See.. I dont know if it just say's don not microwave because it's in a foil tray - which I would get rid of obviously before Microwaving....so with that in mind can I Microwave it?

I do have a kitchen and cooker in the club but it's 5 minute drive and I'm comfy...
