Ever wonder what kind of responses one would get when trying to sell these top notch, luxury, Dog Houses????
Well, here are a few examples: Objection (1): My dog is an "indoor" dog and spends most of his time in our house. Response: The whole purpose of a Dog House is to provide shelter for your Pet. If other suitable shelter existed on your property, there would be no need for your Pet to be in your house all the time. Unlike most other Dog Houses, these units can have insulation, heating, air conditioning, lighting, carpeting, windows, etc., etc., etc., and provide all the comforts of home. They are, in effect, designed specifically for the Indoor Pet. They are also pleasing to look at and can be readily displayed in any area of a yard, or field. Objection (2): This Dog House is too nice for my dog. Response: The dogs I have are considered part of my family. I not only like, but love my dogs. I "probably" favor them over most people I know. I therefor will go to great lengths to make them happy. Objection (3): This Dog House is too big. Response: A bigger living space is better for a Dog. That is, of course, if it is equipped with the proper amenities (ie insulation, heater, AC, carpeting, doggy-door, etc.). Besides, our manufacturer makes Dog Houses of all shapes and SIZES. If you prefer, we could have one made to your specifications. Objection (4) There is no-way for me to get into the Dog House to clean it. Response: A, hinged, lock-able, rear access panel is an additional amenity that could be added to your house (for a nominal price), but must be added during its construction). Most dog houses built by our manufacturer come with this amenity already installed. Objection (5) I would never be able to transport this thing. Response: We know of a mover that would be more then happy to assist you (at a nominal price). Our manufacturer, (from time to time) will also assist in loading, and, sometimes ship the house themselves (depending on their schedule) locally-free of charge. Objection (6) These units cost too much. Response: These Dog Houses are new to the market. There's nothing like them sold locally and therefor nothing to compare them to. Due to their relative newness in the Marketplace, little profits are realized. At some point, they will become more popular and demand will increase (along with the price) which gives you more reason to buy one now. Objection (7): I will never be able to coax my Pet to use the unit. Response: These items are built to with-stand extreme weather conditions and provide optimal comfort for your Pet. Past experience has demonstrated that when extreem conditions exist, AND the Pet has nowhere else to go. It WILL end up in the shelter. Other "tricks" that have helped Pets get Comfortable with Pet SHelters: 1) Building a Kennel to, or around the Pet Shelter; 2) Placing food in the shelter; and 3) Spending time with your pet inside the shelter. Now I am sure that you are ready to buy because all your concerns have been answered ![]() Visit our website (Dog House, Insulated, luxury, heated, cooled, custom,) and check these things out!
