I feel really bad with flu, now my nose as started and head feels like it gonna explode, OH is the same but he got to sleep all weekend i had to still keep ploding on now sat at work feeling sorry for myself

I am just recovering from a case of Shingles. That is a nasty littel piece of kit and really knocks the wind out fo your sails. You don't know when it will occur but you know when it does!!!

Gladly though my name is one of the next to be taken of the Shinglers List so i will be back to normal in time for some Festive cheer. My immune system is running on fumes though so I have to be careful about people with colds and the dreaded Man-Flu.

Women, please count yourselves luck you will never get Man-Flu and only have to put up with basic suffering in things such as child birth , you're back on your feet in a couple of days after that anyway. Man-Flu is the kind of thing you don't wish on your worst enemy.

I seem to have managed to avoid the flu this year, only had one really bad bout.
My OH has had it quite often as he plays rugby - fool, but ah well.

I av asthma too scosha! Also have the flu jab, but it dont work on every strain of flu unfortunately!

I have a friend that had a really bad case of bird flu a couple of years back. He was in a really bad way.

He went downsstairs as usual and found that his African Grey had gone out of his window. He paid £800 for it and cried for days. Worst case of Bird Flu I have ever seen.

My 12yr old is suffering from it at the minute which means we'r all suffering!
He has a bad case of adolecent flu which is like man flu but with the sulks.
