Smile Smoking do you don't you
I Hope you don't mind me asking
I used to and I have given up , my last ciggy was on the 31st of December and I haven't touched one since , and I have done it on will power alone I'm right proud of myself.
I'm trying to diet to which is proving hard especially after stopping the fags.
But I've done well on that too,I've lost 7llb in 2 weeks
I have no problems with people smoking around me , I don't look to have one,
I've had no surport in giving up so I surpose I was looking for some hint hint

I did - and twice I stopped just like that! And never had a problem with it.

Well done to you - I am a smoker - have been for years - Have tried once to give up and obviously I started again - will give up when I get that real urge that I want to

oh thanks for you surport ,

I just didn't enjoy it anymore I lit one up looked at it wondered what I doing with it Smoked it and haven't looked back for another.

But for some weird reason That was the only one I really did enjoy.

well done,,,i only used to smoke when i went out drinking, the two seem to go well together, but i havent smoked now for several years,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I am ashamed to admit I smoke, I wish I didn't as it really stinks. Well done on stopping. I have stopped for up to six months at a time, just wish I could kick it completely!
