Re: xmas

i love the whole run up to christmas, the decorating, buying stuff etc. i would love it to snow christmas eve through to a few days after. i would also like to never have to worry if i can get off work every year, so far have been lucky and always new year but would like not to have to wait to see if i am able to get it off.

Re: xmas

I love buying the presents and wrapping them up. Decorating the house and the tree - I have to do it all, no one else is allowed! I've just made my Christmas puddings and am soaking the fruit (in brandy) for the cake which I will cook tomorrow. I love the smell of real Christmas trees but they bring on my husband's hayfever so I can't have one!.
Christmas is always manic in our house - we have 6 children plus partners and 8 grandchildren between us (his, mine, and ours) and they all visit on a least one day as well as having my parents to stay. Good job I love cooking and we have a big house!
My husband is usually wacked because we have an off licence and it's our busiest time of the year.

Re: xmas

I love christmas the excitement of kids faces, pretending santas made a trail from the fire place, Making rudolfs snack, Leaving out the carrot and mince pie and milk. [DONT WANT TO ENCOURAGE SANTA TO DRINK DRIVE, HEEE HEEE]. Also look forward to my dads Bubble and squeak with cold meat and pickles on boxing day.
The only thing id like to change is to make all people that are unhappy happy.

Re: xmas

My favourite part of Christmas is decorating the tree with my family. And if I could change anything... I'd make christmas eve a national holiday too!
