so whos stuck to them and who hasnt?
i have finished my detox and been out running every 2nd day so i have stuck to mine so far!!

yeah, i did that too vixie, thing is it aint that hard but its breaking old habits. ive managed to stick to the5 fruits a day but having problems cutting out the coffee. i drink about 7 cups a day. i have switched to decaf though??

decaf is better than the high caffine ones I dont drink tea or coffee but my OH drinks way too much coffee

My problem is chocolate, I am definately addicted to it I wish there was a patch to help with that

i suppose im lucky in the fact that im not a big lover of chocolate....

Yes, Mine was to stop biting my nails, cut way back on alcohol and stop smoking lol.

No doubt mine will be the same
I even went to get ceramics nails put on to help me stop biting em but the shop said they could'nt do them coz i did'nt have enough nail to put them on lol, Thats how bad mine are.
She told me to grow some but thats the whole point of me going there to help me grow em lol.
