Ok.. It's morning, no escaping that. However, it is acceptable to eat lunch from 10:30. Which in my opinion is still breakfast time but McDonalds say it's lunch time and they have set this rule! And... where I am right now there's not much choice other than McDonalds!

That said... I have recently dropped a few of my xmas pounds... been eating quite healthy and this will just be breaking the rules... and I got a sunday dinner at my mums at around 5pm... shall I have an early McD's? an Apple? or wait for the main event at my parents later....

go and have one,,, 5 oclock is a long time to wait for something and you will end up picking at stuff,, go on have one,, im sure you can burn it off later,,,,

Just been on phone to my mum and she's moving dinner earlier to 3pm so am just going to have a banana. Healthier and cheaper!!
