its quite easy really I didnt have a clue first time either, just join photo bucket (its free) you will get an email to confirm you have joined then you just go into it click on upload either image or video depending what you want to do then click on the browse button and find the right clip on your computer, once you have done that (you have to name your clip b4 it will upload it, I didnt do it and wondered why it didnt work lol) there is a couple of options listed and one of them is to copy the link for the video, and you just add the link like any other one to the forum. Hope that helps
