Hi Fade to Grey, a good start would be to stop taking photos of yourself with blood round your mouth. Then you need to to take small steps to return you to your normal self. This means no more self harming and staying in bed til noon. Try listening to a new style of music... maybe some classics from steps or s club 7 will get you back on track to bein gthe jolly teen again!

Hi

I have a problem with my Dal for the first time since I have had her she refused food today. She never refuses food ever!!! she is also quiet she has not been sick and has had normal bowel movements she has had some water.

If she's not eating I advise you to take her to a vet. At least she's drinking, sure she'll be fine!

steps and s club 7
i never listened to them to begin with.
this is goign to be difficult

She ate last night ok. Just this morning she is drinking ok. It is only a worry when this has never happened in all the now 7 years I have had her.
