pmsl...you may as well talk to a brick wall...IF and WHEN i want to give up AGAIN i will..but all the time i still have that LITTLE bit of freedom left i'll use it.

My son was killed by a driver distracted by his phone the smoking in private cars only applies whilst driving and is being brought by car safety execs

i'm sorry about your son...as for ppl using mobile phones when driving i dont use mine..and i dont see smoking the same as using a phone or drink driving..
as i've allready said i wont change,and i dont see why i should.
i've noticed nobody has replied to my post about people with kids in the car,yelling and fighting..do they not distract the driver?yes they do..but people must use some common sense...

I will reply to you Janice. I agree about children in cars they are very distracting. As for smoking in my own car I cannot see the harm in it. I am not passing passive smoke onto anyone for a start and I have been driving for 20+years and never once had an accident or a bump for that matter so it has never distracted me
