as i ordered something from them from my daughter and not recieved it yet

so i was wondering if they were still open?
ive phoned them but no answer and mailed them
i might have to go down there

got all the order details they sent all that but nothing i know its been over the xmas but nothing saying order delayed
site said been going for 8 years
they were ment to be back today but nothing i phoned them and still saying we are closed until monday 8 jan

they wouldnt want me to go down there, they will get ear full
