Re: Should Fireworks Be Banned?

When we had our St Bernard, he used to literally try to sit on my lap when it was firework season. Terrified he was. I`m dreading to think how Harvey is going to cope.

Re: Should Fireworks Be Banned?

Hi. I think they show be banned from sale to the public and only be used at organised displays. A couple of years ago there was a mini riot by me in Cheltenham and fireworks were involved (yes you might have seen it on the news). Fireworks are not fair to any animal, our pets hate them but at least we can shut them in. What about wildlife? It would also reduce the stupid injuries where people " hold on to the burning rocket without any thought" hummmm maybe they leave their brains in bed when they do that.

I think they should be under licence and strict supervision only
