whats your favourite time of year and why???

I'm a total sun bunny I love summer which living where I do is a bit of a non starter lol.......I do like the contrast of winter but only up to xmas time when we usually have snow. Log fires and freezing cold outside is dead cosy on xmas morning but after January I've had enough and crave the sunshine again. The thought of prob 6 months of cold weather is horrible roll on May

would you like to live somewhere thats hot all year round or do u like the changing seasons???

I like the changing seasons. We dont know how lucky we are. Different light, different scenery.

My husband had some Indian colleagues visit the UK. They could not believe how many hours day light there were in the summer and then how the days got shorter in the Winter. In India the daylight hours are exactly the same all the while.

They also couldn't beleive the greenery in particular the green down the motorways - they were videoing it lol


As for hot or cold I like it warm but not sticky smelly feet and bo hot.

I like a cold but sunny december day, taking the dog for a walk with the fresh air and all warm and snug in ya winter coat and hat.

I love the sun but wouldnt wanna live somewhere hot all year round....I like the way the seasons change I think spring is prob my fav as you know the winter is done and you have the whole summer to look forward to and its great seeing the garden come back to life May/June is my favourite time....just wish the winters werent quite so long up here

Im with lady wiccan it's great to be snuggled up warm indoors on cold dark winter nights

Love dog walking when its frosty too, nicest weather to walk in me thinks

gotta love summer, when we do have some lol then i can get chance go out on partners SP motorbike with him
