Go for it the money you'd get in rent would pay the mortgage, don't forget your bargaining power - get them to knock one off the front of the figure (no stamp duty ).

Right feet firmly on the floor - tough I bet its beautiful though and you never know you might win the lottery tonight.

Me too.

I was once cutting hubby's hair when the lottery numbers were being called, we had the first number, I carried on cutting, we had the second number no sweat carried on cutting we got the third number wow £10.00 we got the fourth number by the time the fifth was called poor hubby had a bald patch.
